Gearbox Oil
Hi all,
Please can someone recommend the best gearbox oil to use in a locost 4 speed box, and where to purchase it from.

Assuming a Ford box, then a GL4 or yellow metal safe GL5 (you need to check the GL5 is yellow metal safe, some are, many not)
Redline is very good, try Opie oils. Plenty to choose from....

I believe its a Type 2 gearbox with it being from an escort.
Where is the best place to buy the oil?

Do people think the below will be ok to use?
Comma SXGL41L 1L SX75W-90 GL-4 Semi-Synthetic Gear Oil
I've got a track day booked next weekend and what to check it's top up.
