What rear upright are you using? I designed some brackets to hold mx5 rear calipers to the sierra hubs and using fiesta mk1 front disks. I had a bunch of them laser cut and I may have a pair left, but it depends on the design of the rear upright.

I have the same type of issue and I'm using Tiger rear uprights.

I've fitted hi-spec two pot rear calipers onto the Sierra upright and disc and they fit inside my comp CXR's which are 13x6 ET25.

Pretty sure there are a lot of 13 inch wheels you will struggle with for brake clearance, but I know both TD pro-race 1.2 and comp CXR's have good brake clearance as they are a motorsport wheel

I use Sierra rear calipers with 240 mm discs inside CRX wheels no problem. Critical clearance is handbrake lever on rim.
