Coolant Temp sensors

Hi Guys,

I have had to replace the standard zetec coolant sensor (push in) with an M12 screw in sensor for my Omex 500 ecu to work, question is, Is there push in adaptor available with a m12x1.5 internal thread. or will I have to buy an older thermostat housing with a M22 hole with and m12 adaptor?

Regards Jon

Not quite what your asking but I found this web site today. Could be useful. For me I wanted to find a fuel injection temp sensor, looked up crossflow and found one sensor listing the size of the temp sensor then looked up other ford sensors from the ford Ka ( similar engine that's fuel injected} and found some. Double checked it's the same size. It then listed all three other cars it's used in.

Edited to add in the dammed link I forgot first time

On my crossflow I turned up a fitting to fit into the heater hose from the inlet manifold that the C.T.S screws into , the heater hose is as hot as anywhere else in the cooling system
