Vulcan Engines
Any one had dealings with Vulcan Engines?
http://www.vulcanengines.com
I am very tempted by the pinto engine in the 160-165bhp tune:

Just wondering if anyone has done business and what they are like. Also does the price seem reasonable, as I have no idea what it would cost to do
that sort of work to a pinto.
Cheers,
David

Used Vulcan many years ago, found them to be helpful and was impressed by their work. A.F.A.I.K . they still have a very good reputation. May go for
one of their 1700 x flow lumps if I don't go for a Zetec Not cheap but good. Rusty

David,
I bought a 1700 X/F from them last xmas.
Helpful recommendations
Prompt despatch including the extras I ordered
Reasonable delivery charge
Discount due to Locost Car Club membership
Jetting advice for Webers was spot on. Not too expensive compared with other motors of a similar advertised spec.
I'd use them again.
