AJ30 & Duratec V6 flywheel Brand New LUK, Sachs or Valeo
A while ago I found that there are several suppliers of new flywheels for these engines on ebay.com Search for Ford Contour or Mercury Mystique,
don't put in engine size. Today they are (LUK) £99 plus shipping, although it looks expensive you are starting with a brand new flywheel that
doesn't need refacing and will be free of any cracks etc. Unless you are desperate wait for a cheaper offer, I have seen them for less than £80

Because the Ford USA models are different you have to put in a search that covers everything, using "Ford Contour Flywheel" or "Mercury
Mystique Flywheel" will bring up all flywheels including the two litre ones, just weed out the 2.0 ones, the 2.5's were nearly all autos.
The same engines were used in the Mazda 6 3.0 and Ford Tribute. You just scroll down the list to find one like this.

While you are looking at that one scroll down and you will see a line of "similar sponsored ones"
Other options are Summit Racing Sachs NFW1150 currently £86 plus shipping or LUK LFW133 If you buy from Ebay use the global shipping service because
it saves the hassle of Royal Mail collecting any import duty or VAT, likewise with Summit use the shipping service that includes "tax and
duty"
You have to do a bit of legwork and sort the wheat from the chaff, but there are bargains to be had 65mm throttle bodies from a Ford Crown Victoria or
the crank pulley from a Ford Tribute if you want to bolt a second pulley as per Rocketeer
