Quitting my project due to guilt

Just a quick note to let everyone know what I decided last night.

Latetly I have been having a lot of trouble sleeping and I don't know exactly why, but think that it's because of some type of subconscious guilt about mother earth.

So this morning I came up with a brilliant plan that should help alleviate my guilt and help me sleep better.

Because of the rising cost of fuel and the negative impact that polution is having on the environment I am stopping work on the La Bala project. This is just a temporary stoppage until the hydrogen economy becomes more viable and I can re-purpose the driveline to fuel cell technology.

I think that fuel cell technology and Hydrogen power is the way to go. At this point I am willing to continue working on La Bala, but I need a way to come up with a Million Dollars. Until I get the million dollars I will just have to hold off on the car.

I was thinking about how to get the money and thought about selling my kidneys, but decided that I wouldn't get enough for them and besides that I think it's illegal... I also thought about selling my wife like in that movie a while back, but I've kinda grown attached to her, besides, she feeds me so that would be a move backwards... In the end, the only solution is to stop working on the car until the cost of fuel cell technology drops and I can go pull one from a junkyard for a couple of bucks.

I'm sorry for any disapointment this might cause people but my sleep is more important.

Dean,
I think you took a wrong turn somewhere along the way and ended up in a car building forum. Try this:

Steve,

In view of your post I was considering buying the whole project off you. Could you please think of a price for the whole thing? I would consider wife and / or kidneys, too.

Kind regards,

Alex

LOL

I would need to see a photo of your kidneys first! As for wife: I already have a wife and she's too much for one person. How do polygamists handle more than one of these creatures?!

LOL~!!!

No - Not in the biblical sense silly Tim....

This topic is obviously all in jest. But since it's now several days past April fools I suggest we put it out of its misery.

Check out my new thread - Bought a new engine... an FJR1300

I like that.

BTW yesterday I visited your website, it had been a while since my last visit and I was very very impressed. You've done a fantastic job there, too.
