type 9 problem

Hi all
i'm currently trying to change the input shaft bearing on my 5 speed type 9 gerbox. unfortunately i'm having difficulty in actually getting the old one out.
can anyone help

i got mine out bearing at a time, with a hammer. Needless to say, i never put it back together! u2u john (theconrodkid), he is sure to know.

For info: there is a Haynes manual specifically for gearbox rebuilding, and it includes the Ford type 9. I saw it in my local library.
