Best place for Engine bits?
Wheres the best place to get the spares I'll need for an XFlow engine rebuild, as well as other Escort stuff (wheel bearings, etc.)?
Can't seem to find anywhere on the internet...
Cheers!

Here are a couple of places I have found on the net. I have yet to use them but their prices do not seem to bad. As you can see the latter is a rally
place, but you can pick up a lot of mk2 escort parts

The traditional place for Ford is
Burton Power
Not the cheapest, but holds a wide range of stuff for any Ford engine that can be tuned. Quick to turn round orders as well.
Well worth getting the catalogue, if nothing else, as it's got lots of useful data.

AMAC Engineering in Northallerton are great for any machining work.
Alistair is a genius at extracting more power from your engine - without spending Burton amounts of money.
He can get parts also if required.

I recently discovered Escort-Tec in Dorking, they will mail stuff as well.
They have couple of barns full of dismantled MK1 & 2 escorts and good deals on new and reconditioned parts.
Very friendly guys and excellent service.
