Pls let this be the ANSWER!
I've searched back through the threads and came up with some good answers but i need the definitive! Zetec to MT75!
1. Escort 1.8 Zetec Flywheel
2. Inside of which is the spigot bearing
3. DOHC friction plate
4. Escort 1.8 pressure plate
5. Escort 1.8 pressure plate cover
6. Westfield zetec to MT75 thrust bearing
Does this sound good? Westfield could not tell me which parts they used, not cos they can't, but because they don't want me to know.

Thnaks, but still not clear.
Thanks, that was a good site. But mentioned the 1.8 Escort / Mondeo clutch being able to fit. Everything DOES fit appart from the friction plate which
DOESN'T fit. I have only tried the DOHC friction plate and that fits, should i use this, or another?
The reason the 1.8 friction plate doesn't fit is because the spline are too large on the MT75 shaft!

here you are Chaz find a plate of the correct size and number of splines and order it from the factors.
Looks like the sierra 2.0i friction plate was 215x25.4x23
Most of the sierra plates seem to be of the above size.
All I can say is count the splines on your gearbox, determine the size you need and see if you can match a plate in the attached catalogue.
Opps, misread your post, the sierra plate should be OK. I think that Tiger use the sierra plate when they do the zetec / type 9 thing. However if the
mondeo / escort plate and cover both fit it may be better to use them as they are obviously made to work together.

I have the 130 spec flywheel (lightned)which is 240mm plate and cover 1" 23 splines .And the westfield bearing.
I believed untill looking on big-hammers post that all zetecs where 1"23 splines it apears that this is not the case and my purchase was more
look than judgment.
So if you have a 220mm zetec fly wheel and presure plate you could get away with using the dohc clutch plate as it will be 215mm with 1"23
spline center..And the westfield bearing.....

If your only problem is with the Friction plate then using a DOHC makes sense.
The DOHC was fitted to the late Sierras, pretty much all of which had MT75 gearboxes.
So long as the diameter is the same as the other plate you should be fine.
