Exhaust for 1800 CVH
Does anybody know where I can buy an exhaust system or manifold for use with an 1800 CVH engine?

You already have the engine ?

Yes I already have the enginge in my locost which is more or less complete except from an exhaust. I have the original manifold and either want a new
system that attaches to this or replaces it completely. There are plenty of silencers available but I don't know where I can get the rest of the
system that runs from the engine to the silencer.

Dont you usually make this up yourself on a locost?
on my car, I modified the existing down pipe from the manifold, by cutting and welding it. I then went to a motor factors, where you can buy steel
tube and flexy exhaust pipe to allow you to make your own.
Obviouslt, if you want it chrome, you will have to get it plated.
The kit car mags have ads - i remeber one is 'mike the pipe' who claim to make custom exhausts for you.
I think Europa spares or demon tweeks MIGHT sell exhaust sections.......

Try Sylva kits for a manifold....I think they do one for 1600CVH into Sylva Stryker and it might fit 1800 head. If not change to 1600 head as it
breathes a load better and is more tunable. Sylva website has some info on using cvh engine....interesting stuff if using one of these engines

No advice on the exhaust I'm afraid but I have a 1600 CVH head if you want it. Make me an offer!
