Fuel problem on fireblade

I have just about completed my locoblade and tried to start it but when I turned it on, fuel started coming out of the air vent hose. As anybody got any ideas to what i've done wrong. Thanks

Too strong a fuel pump, sticking floats, engine/carbs mounted at wrong angle or knackered float chamber inlet valves.

This may be a silly question but I take it you have connected the fuel pipe to the fuel inlet side of the carbs and not the air breather tube on the other side of the carbs!

Probably all connected right but have heard of peope making this mistake.

Rich.

See here. I'm having the same problem. I'm interested to see how you sort it.
