Zetec engine height
Well i've only done 40 test miles around camp, haven't even past SVA and i'm thinking of an engine change, looking for more
reliability.
So Zetec's come into the frame(why not everyone else is).
The question is, Is there a differance in height between 1.8's and 2.0's?
Many thanks Dan.

I'll get the tape measure out on my 2 litre........
From very bottom of std sump to top of cams 615 mm (ish)
From sump gasket where it meets the block to top of cams 400mm (ish)
Hope this helps

Cheers fellas, looks like they are the same size, from Daves picture the 1800 height is 666mm (must be a ford joke).
Time to start looking for a 2L lump.
