Tank baffles

How many would one normally put into a 8-9 gal tank

Hi mate - in mine I have 2 - either side of the swirl pot (middle).

It depends on where your feed to the fuel pump is going to be...

In tank foam is also highly recommended.

I have some pics somewhere of my tank pre-construction and with measurements - let me know via U2U if you need

Now I've tried it, I recommend my baffle system - any sloshing of liquid in the tank results is a clear couple of inches extra depth in the middle bit - photo on

That looks like a pretty good idea.

First time I looked at it I was a bit confused as I assumed it was a horizontal section rather than a plan view - was wondering how you could use the fuel in the right hand side!
