Exhaust Removable Cat

I know of several manufactures which can supply an exhaust with an integrated Cat, however does anybody know of a supplier who produces an exhaust where the Cat is easily removable?

I know some suppliers will lend me an exhaust with a Cat for the test but i'd rather have my own come MOT time, and i dont want to kill the Cat by running it rich while setting up the megasquirt map.

Cheers

i asume any would make it for u. if u get a restufable exhaust surely u could have some threads put on the inside and just open it n bolt one on???

Correct me if im wrong?

Thanks for the reply John.

What you suggested was pretty much what i was thinking, but as no manufactures seem to sell one (dispite what seems to be an obvious requirement), i thought there might be a technical reason why it wasnt possible.

Ya maybe. if i was u ise drilla couple of holes n bolt it in place. n seal it with some of that exhaust seal kit. then cover the bolt heads with thoses SVA covers n get a local garage to check the emmisions on it then.

Could u not fit a normal silencer and a cat just in front. Then all youd need is a bit of pipe to put in its place when u remove it??
