Nissan SR16VE

Has anyone used Nissan SR16VE engines in locost's or in other projects? Comments about engine?
The 1.6 L (1596 cc) SR16VE has Nissan's Neo VVL variable valve timing with lift control. It produces 175 PS (129 kW) @7800 rpm and 119 ft.lbf (161 Nm) @7200 rpm.

Haven't used one but they are nice engines. Would it bolt to a 200 SX gearbox?

seen a pic of a similar nissan motor (maybe the same) in a seven, think it was oz or somewhere, certainly not uk.

edit:

found I still had the pic saved on my pc, now uploaded:

no more info other than the pic I downloaded years ago from somewhere, maybe a google or image search on the filename which i think is original may throw up where i got it from...

brilliant engine,

I've had a drive in a sunny with that engine once, very quick indeed.

the only one mounted in a kit would be Bill sherwoods Mallock racingcar.
