crank position sensor- wiring

Hi,

just wiring up standard zetec crank position sensor to megajolt-

anyone know if the two wires have to be any particular way round?
the megajolt wires are marked vr- and vr+
but no indication of anything on the sensor!!

help appreciated as always!!

The VR sensor wires are polarity concious. This works with my Omex setup. Rescued attachment plugpins.JPG

They do need to be the right way round for it to work, but you won't do any damage if they're wrong - it'll just not show any rpm when you crank it over
