Pinto Oil Filter

Quick question...

Why is the Champion 102 listed for all pinto engines except the 1600 injection engine..?

Also, anyone know the shortest filter length available..?

Cheers

Pete

I think the f2 stock car pinto engines use a renault filter. Possibly renault 5 turbo its only about 3 1/2" long. Hopefully somebody can confirm this.

Have checked with someone in the know and he confirmed its a renault 5 or clio 1.4 oil filter thats fitted to f2 pinto engines. He says its only about 2" long. Hope this helps.

No idea Andy...

I'll go with a good ole Champion C102 and suck it and see... At less than £3, you can't really go wrong...!

Always amazes me that people will buy filters off evilBay, and pay £3 for postage for a £3 item... Never heard of Halfrauds...??

Cheers

Pete
