R1 Header tank

Hi guys, i'm just having my header tank made for my R1 fitment, just wandering how many and what size inlets and outlets to have on it. All help much appreciated. Ta.

6mm inlet, 6mm outlet plus overflow.

That's what myself and a couple of others have done, but it depends on your cooling set-up.

ok mate thanks. just out of interest what headlights have you got on your car and are they ava proof.

Which car? My car's not built. My old car had lamps which were borderline but did pass. Can't remember where they were from.

"Moorron" now owns that car. I'm sorry mate, I can't remember where they were from. Be careful though because the car originally had similar ones that didn't dip correctly and those ONLY JUST passed.
