engine/gearbox combinations

Hello People,

I'm currently writing a new section on the various Engine/gearbox combinations.

I've got some good info on :

Zetec/MT75

Zetec/Type 9

What I need to know what parts are used in these combinations below, preferebly with part numbers.

Crossflow(kent)/Type 9
Pinto/Type 9 (from 4speed)
Crossflow(kent)/MT75 (possible?)
Pinto/MT75
Rover K - series/to RWD (possibly sherpa box?)

Any info greatfully received!

The Zetec/MT75/type 9 info will be on my site midweek.

Cheers

Chris

Note to all: I really don't know when to leave well alone. I tried to get clever with the mods, then when they gave me a lifeline to see the error of my ways, I tried to incite more trouble via u2u. So now I'm banned, never to return again. They should have done it years ago!

the rover 2.0 16v turbo used in the 220/820 will bolt up to sherpa box without mods use deisel box as it stronger and you've got 200 bhp as standard

Cheers for that info Chris - I'm hoping to fit a type 9 and a Zetec engine but I also have an RS2000 'rocket box' to fall back on if the type 9 I have in mind is knackered!

Will pass on any info once I've done it.

Hi Chaps,

My Red and Yellow buggy uses a single cylinder double overhead knocker "tart" engine (it's clearly visible in the photo)

I've thought about installing one of the SCDOHK"T" engines in the pssenger seat of my locost when it's finished.

Would the hot air generated by it pass SVA as a windscreen demister?

John
