Type 9 Bearings.

Hello Guys,

Going to put a Type 9 gearbox on a Zetec 1.8 16v phase 2 engine.
Using standard flywheel and clutch.

So who has some good pictures of:

1: Spigot bearing in place.

2: Clutchrelease bearing incl measurments?

Thanks,

Sebastian.

You can just use the standard sierra 2.0 release bearing fitted to the type 9 and a mondeo 1800 clutch. Just done this on my car and it all works ok.

Paul,

What did you do with the Spigot bearing?

And what did you do with all the vacuumhoses that run from the exhaustmanifold to the valves and inletmanifold.
Since i am using a new 4:1 exhaust.
