propshaft length

ive just measured my diff to the type9 shaft and its 1260mm what length prop would i need because of the slideing joint.
and what sort of prop would be best.
one piece two piece with a bearing or without i havent a clue what to do for the best. its a saxo that iam gonna use on he track

one piece would be best and i think thats about the same size as a escort prop shaft... may be wrong about the excort prop but i certainly think one piece since the car isnt for motorway curiseing...
