50mm throttle bodies

hi does anyone run 50mm throttle bodies
as ive cut the taper bit off mine and welded tubes on but now there 50mm what do you think they will be like

Wouldnt think the head would flow enough for that size ?

iam having the head done as we speak it should of been done today but iam having him do some more work on it. the engines going turbo now aswell. fingers crossed it will work or i will have to start again lol

have you actually made the butterflies any bigger or just welded bigger tubes to them?! they won't flow much/any more than the narrowest point on the inlet tract.

the bodies tapered from about 35mm to 50mm so i cut the taper off so there 50mm all the way then extended them with tube to the manifold.the guy thats doing my head has put 50mm ports in the head to match the bodies. this is never gonna work lol
