interesting story... well told. how come i didnt know that one? i have TWO caterham "the legend" books! i must be lacking in my reading

Nice little historical piece.
Minor nits
I'd have liked to see a table showing what ratio's are in the box.
Some discussion of why a 6 speed box is an advantage (given the large cost premium).
Doesn't mention BGH have now bought out Fisher Sportscars, so own the Fury (article may have been written before that happened though).

When I talked to Brian Hill about this a few years back (he still has the sign and gearbox in his workshop!), it was clear that from his perspective
at least, the relationship between him and Caterham did not end well. Clearly there are always two sides to every story, but he obviously came away
from the whole experience feeling rather bitter.

BC says his two reference books were Caterham Sevens: From Conception to CSR by Chris Rees & Tony Weale's Lotus Seven book. He tried to
speak to Jez Coates via their PR company but so far no direct connection to JC.
