Catalytic converter

Anyone heard of "Blackburn Automotive Catalytic Converter Systems" before?

What are they like? How to wire/pipe them up etc?

"Blackburn Automotive Catalytic Converter Systems" sounds like the name of a company rather than some kind of exotic cat.

Is it one of those unleaded snake oil devices, that fitted in the fuel line will turn base metal into gold, water into wine, coke into Irn Bru and unleaded into 5 star.
