Can anyone tell me the outlet size of the zetec thermostat hosuing ( plastic )?

36mm.

Steve,

Edit. there must be 2 sizes the one I have is 36mm at the high points of the serations that grip the hose.

I have just measured with a digital vernier and I get 36mm.

which bit did you measure - the main body or the flared end?

the flared end is 36mm, it is 2mm wider than the main bit which is 34mm. Sorry I thought you wanted the widest point.

I used 32mm insdie diameter hose on the large outlet to the to p of the rad, the other outlets are 19mm or 3/4" in old money
