Spigot and clutch release bearing

Hi,
I'm going to be mating a Zetec (Blacktop - NGB engine no. from a Mondeo) with a type 9 gearbox (from a 2.0 litre Sierra), I am using a Zetec 1.8 flywheel and a Zetec 1.8 clutch.
I believe I will need the following parts:-
1) Spigot bearing - FINIS (I assume Ford part no.) 1554973. Not sure what this is from.
2) Clutch release bearing - Quinton Hazel part no CCT132 from an 1982 - 1989 Sierra.
Is this correct and can anyone advice me where best to get these parts.
Also does anyone know what clutch cable will I need?
Many thanks,
David

If you are using a Type 9 box with original clutch release lever then probably the Sierra cables especially if you have the sierra pedal box with the self adjusting clutch pawl. The cables come in a variety of lengths i am using a 2wd cossy one that goes past the manifold not through it.
Another fix if you cant get enough throw on the cable is to use the black Granada 55mm clutch pawl which has the cable guide less deep than the sierra.

If you then find that the bite point of the clutch is too near the floor then the clutch relase bearing from the Capri QH 133 is about 8mm thicker.

Definitely release bearing QH 133.

Spigot bearing get from Burton Power.

Clutch cable will depend on what pedals you are using. Std Sierra pedals use std clutch cable. If using floor mounted pedals then a clutch cable from a Mk 2 Escort with the eyelet at the pedal end.

Edited to say that I got my release bearing from exhausts unlimited at approx £20.
