Exhaust issues with the SVA
Almost finished my exhaust today, the pipe entering the silencer is a little further out from the car than I would like, but as long as there are no
SVA problems with it, I will live with it until I change the engine post SVA.
Anyone see any problems with this setup?

What that you've got there above the passenger footwell - a spare radiator??

That looks alright as it is further in than the wheel and you haven't got the wing on yet. You don't need a heat shield for SVA but you
could use some of that bandage stuff to cover your welds and edges if you wanted to.
yours, Pete.
P.S. I mean the heat resistant stuff, not the gaffer tape you are using to hold it on now.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

I think it will be down to sharp edges now, the clamp before the silencer is a temporary measure so I can remove and refit the exhaust easily - I will
butt weld the two pipes together once eveything else is finalised.
Kiwirex, that is my home made heater matrix, my mrs hates having cold feet!
