Can you do it in copper pipe?
What size are the outlets?

alternativly if 32mm outlets, can you get a 28mm copper elbow joined with a short piece of hose then flexible pipe to connect the two. i recently
brought some flexible coolant hose from CarBuilderSolutions which was a good price but may not be as flexible as more expensive silocon hose

I used 28mm copper pipe. The soldered connectors boost it up to 32 for the points where it joins hose. You can also get 28/16/28 T pieces to plumb in
that heater and bypass hose. You might need to rethink your top hose. Sitting above the exhaust manifold it's going to get a bit warm!
