One is a Dellorto Carb = DHLA
The other is Weber Carb= DCOE
The Weber is easier to get but some rekon the Dellorto is better to tune.
Both have very similar construction and will fit the same manifold in 99% of cases
Weber
Dellorto

As mentioned ^^^^ one is a Dellorto and the other a Weber carb. Supposedly the progression between idle jets and main jets is a bit better on the
Dellorto DHLA which will mean better driveability in the 2000 - 2500rpm region where you are switching between the jets used.
Still think bike carbs are better than either though having driven cars with all 3 (including my old Tiger with Dellorto's)

I think they also differ in the accelerator pump / piston department....
Both ancient technology though!!! Go bike carb- or even better, bike EFi
