how far is your sump under the chassis
as title as my sump in my locost is bang on leval with the chassis at the mo. but the to solve alot of probs i could do with have 1" chopped off
the engine mounts to lower the lot down what do you all think

an inch below the chassis rail sounds fine... many people have it lower than that.

From memory mine's about 30-40mm below the bottom rails.

I'm very carefull too, hopefully some winter mods will sort this worrying problem.
1" below chassis rail seems a luxury

MIne is like bobs maybe a bit lower. Iv had to raise my car more than i want to compensate. A shallower sump is the next big purchase.
An inch is a luxury amount to have...
