trumpets for 45s

can you use weber trumpets on dellorto carbs?

seen a few sets of weber trumpets on ebay quite cheap but no dellorto ones.

RD and Burton list seperately for dcoes and dhlas. £50 is for 4

no they are a different fitting.
dellortos bolt on and webers slide into the carb body

thats what I figured thanks!

I also need the little bar with the pop on joints to connect the linkage to the throttle body spindle. RD list a 6" long threaded bar with plastic ends do you just cut this to size as I think 6" is a little long. more like 4" tops on mine.

not sure on that one, all the carbs i have always came with the linkage attached. not got any in the garage at the moment though so cant have a look for you.
