Zetec crankshaft locking

Is there a locost way of locking the blacktop zetec crank at tdc for cam timing setting?

yes there is a kit available for not a lot of money that includes the pin to put into a hole in the rear of the block on the exhuast side to lock the crank, my kit was about a tenner i think and worth the money to do it right

Laser also do a tool to hold the cams in place and the cam wheels while they are being tightened/undone.
