pictures of alternators on zetecs please
hi everybody, i'm now at the stage where i need to choose an alternator to fit to my zetec. I have heard of so many different ones being used
that i'm all of a cuffuffle!
Can i have some pics of your alternators fitted to zetecs so i can compare and contrast?
Many thanks fellas.

Is it a blacktop or silvertop? I used a Denso tractor alternator, mounted under the inlet manifold.
I'll take a pic later.
I've got a spare Swift Denso alternator if you want it.

mine is a westfield bracket with the original silvertop alternator.
Westfield Alternator bracket 3
Westfield Alternator bracket
Westfield Alternator bracket 2
you get everything you need from westfield - bolts, brackets, tensioner arm and belt.

I have an ample supply of steel and a welder so i am looking at making up a bracket.
