Sourcing Rover Spigot Bearing
I'm trying to source a spigot bearing to fit my Rover T16 engine.
I've looked at ones available for the K series, but the hole in the back of the crankshaft is bigger on the T series than on the K series.
Does anyone have dimensions/pics of the bearing for the RV8 or a B series? Also, does anyone know if there were any factory longitudinal installs of
the T or M series (Land Rover?)
If all else fails I'll have to get an adapter made up on a lathe, but I'd rather buy something off the shelf if I can.
Thanks,
Bill

I used a Montego Turbo engine with a LT77 box and when I went to the Rover dealer they just shook their heads... Sorry Sir, too old.
Off to the local van parts place and guess what? On the shelf for the Sherpa van

I seem to recall robin Hood sports cars used a T-series engine mated to an MT75 box, someone on the owners club forum might know more about it.
