i've started with 1.6mm on my ZX6R carbs / 1.8 Zetec.
It starts and runs fine, but haven't driven it more than a couple of yards to test yet.

I'd leave them as is for the moment and hook it up to a Innovate when it's running- I thought my carbs needed jetting but TTS hooked up
the innovate and found they didn't! Happy days!!

As Jacko said, you need to get it on a rolling road to set it up properly, it will be money well spent.

HI to start the engine you don't need a vacuum to the dizzy
After that you will need a modified dizzy from some were like H& H ignitions solutions or megajolt
I went for the modified dizzy it was about £100
