Bike carb jets

Hi all, is there a chart on what to drill the jets out to on bike crabs or is it what other people have done?

What shall i drill my jets out to? Cbr600fx carbs running on a 1.6 pinto emax engine, no mods?

i've started with 1.6mm on my ZX6R carbs / 1.8 Zetec.

It starts and runs fine, but haven't driven it more than a couple of yards to test yet.

I'd leave them as is for the moment and hook it up to a Innovate when it's running- I thought my carbs needed jetting but TTS hooked up the innovate and found they didn't! Happy days!!

HI i have a 2.1 pinto with zx9r carbs Bogg Brothers recomended i drilled the main jets to 1.7 .
When i had it r/roaded they were spot on the right size
As above try them as they are first but get it set up on a r/road as soon as poss

Boggs have told me to drill my jets to 145 as a start, 1600 zetec with daytona 1200 carbs

As Jacko said, you need to get it on a rolling road to set it up properly, it will be money well spent.

I will start it up on the normal jets and see if it runs ok, what will i be looking for if it does or does not?

But be for i do that i need to get some vacum take off what do i need to use?

HI to start the engine you don't need a vacuum to the dizzy
After that you will need a modified dizzy from some were like H& H ignitions solutions or megajolt
I went for the modified dizzy it was about £100
