02 machine gas analyser

as above im sure my 919 blade is running rich as its just fouled up another set of plugs

ive fitted the new dyno jet kit ,new k&n filter set the mixture screws 2.5 turns out

it hasnt had a good run in ages but it will soon

has any one used or know if the gases can be checked like when you have a mot ??

You can use a lamda sensor in the exhaust which you can either hook up to an air / fuel ratio meter (about £30) or just measure the voltage across the signal wire to earth. Correct mixture should be about 0.5v.

The machine will give live reading at test but it'll depend how well you know the tester as to wether he'll let you fiddle while he's testing.
