1.6 cvh to type 9 box anyone done this

hi
im building a live axle locost and i happen to have a good spare rs turbo engine which i would like to use its based on the 1.6 cvh so i was wondering if anyone had used this engine and knew what clutch and flywheel combination to use i would like to retain the standard flywheel as it thas the 36-1 trigger patern for the efi on it so it will make it easier for megasquirt
any info would be a great help

Well, my Sierra is a 1.6CVH with a Type 9 so I can't see you having big issues.

Apart from it missing an engine mount mounting point on one side of the rsturbo engine, iirc the way to overcome this was to fabricate a mount using the alternator mounting points.






Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a
car that you are still paying for - in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes
and the car, and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it.
