Fuel filter?

Is there any difference between a fuel filter which has come from an injected engine and one from a carbed engine?

Im using it as a pre pump filter.

Many thanks locosters.

Injection filters are usually pretty high flow and often post-filter so they are usually built to handle high pressure.

If you're using it pre-pump it won't be under high pressure so as long as it can flow sufficiently it's much of a muchness...

Pre-pump needs to flow sufficiently. For a cheap source, see this link
