I beleive so but be aware the water pump drives of the back of the belt so you need an aditional idler pulley.

I would guess Re tune the megajolt and the carbs.
sump/pickup and manifolds would swap over. Just the alternator and waterpump idler to sort.
Some sensors are differant / have differant threads.
Cam cover is a bit taller by the looks of it.
Any reason for not getting a good used silvertop ?
ps dont have a spare Mt75 Fs do you ?
cheers

Yes, with the following suggestions...
Fuelling will probably be out as the heads and pistons differ between the 2 versions.
Put your existing thermostat housing on the blacktop (it's a straight swap but the blacktop housing has different sensor threads)
Take the flywheel and clutch off you silvertop as you know it works.
Sump - I shortened my own blacktop sump / pickup - it's an easy job and means that you could sell your current shortened silvertop sump/pickup
to offset the cost.

Well worth doing as the silvertop has hyd followers and the blacktop has solid/shimmed, i found that high revs the silvertop hyd followers leak and
you loose power for a bit till they fill up again. This happened on both of my silvertops. (no problems with blacktop thow).
