Sierra DOHC Clutch release bearing

Anyone know the ford part number of the 1988/9/90 sierra DOHC clutch release bearing? I have a new pattern part that looks too flimsy, so to save time at the ford parts counter.....

And how do you get them off? Not tried yet but not sure if it just pulls off or if it needs some further help.

Yes it does pull off, but my plastic pattern part pulls off all too easily, I fear it will part company with the lever in use, and that would be fun......

they are held by a pair of spring clips - to remove them just pull the bearing it comes off after pressing the clip in ( its a bit of spring metal that could be bent to stop it being loose) easy job with a small screwdriver
