r1 trumpets
does anyone know of any companies that do aftermarket ram pipes for the yamaha r1 throttle bodies, i have been searching the internet for hours but
cant find anything. i wanted to look at some 50mm pipes to put in a pipercross airbox

I had a man with a lathe make some for me. It wasn't too difficult. I gave him one of the bosses and said I wanted the same inner diameter as
the boss and a push fit over the outside. I think I had a 6mm radius on the edge of the boss to make it trumpet shaped. A bead of silicone stops it
rattling off.
They work very well, improving engine performace at high revs noticably.
