Im scrapping my 4wd idea (for the time being) and am fitting a fireblade engine which i picked up. Can anyone tell me how i can link it up to my mk2
escort axle?? Preferrably for pretty cheap. Cheers lads

Hi Jay,
Welcome to the madhouse.
You'll need a chunk of metal called a prop adaptor which bolts to the output of the gearbox and then you'll need an appropriate length
propshaft made up.
I think MK can sell you the prop adaptor and a company called Autoprop can make the prop for you once you've supplied dimensions.

Yep that'll do it.
But don't forget that you may need a two piece prop with a center bearing as the distance from the diff to the output shaft/flange on the bike
engine will be a much larger distance than with a car engine.
Do a search on the BEC forum for more information.
