who sells that bellhousing?

Hi,
I found those pics of a bellhousing to conect a Rover series K engine to a Type 9 gearbox.
does anyone identify it and could tell me who in UK sells it?

## Look suspiciously like the ex-Caterham one I've got, although thats got 'Caterham-Rover' cast in where the one in the pics has 'RDS'
