Alternative Sierra Diff gearing??

Is there any aftermaket pinon/crown maker that does odd gearings?

3.14 is a bit low 3,38 a bit high.

Is there any 3, 22 -3,28 aviable?

Tis really the other way around - 3.14 is higher than 3.38 etc.

Might be better off looking at a Freelander 3.2:1 diff if you want something inbetween. There are aftermarket crownwheel and pinions out there but dont think there is anything between the two ratio's you are looking at. Also has the advantage of saving weight and probably cheaper than a 3.14 diff even taking into account custom driveshafts.
