fuel pump and tank query

Hello all

Can anyone say if the standard mondeo pump will provide enough fuel flow/pressure when I switch to bike throttle bodies?- looking for 160-180 bhp finally from a 2.0 silvertop zetec. If not, can it be used to feed the swirl pot, or does it generate too much pressure for this?
Also, what thickness aluminium should I use for the fuel tank? Will 8mm od/6mm bore supply pipe be big enough, and finally, can you use aluminium tube for the fuel supply pipe? I know you need a special grade if its copper, but aly???

Thanks for any help
Hugh
