Cheap cat?

I am just thinking obout the exhaust system for my car. It will require a cat. It is a 2.0 zetec. I am hoping to tune it up to 160 -180 bhp. Can I just use a cat from any normally aspirated car which had about that power output from a similar sized engine? (and expect it to work of course!)
Also, I have a supply of 316 stainless tube the right size for the exhaust. Anyone know of anywhere I can buy a piece of 15"*3"*1/4" 316 for the engine/exhaust flange?

Thanks
Hugh

i got mine from here earlier in the year.. im sure a few more people on here got them too:

unfortunately the prices have gone up a bit, and the exchange rate has changed a bit too, so they are more expensive now.. it worked out just over 50quid delivered when i got mine
