Propshaft query?

Guys
will a Sierra XR4x4 estate proprshaft be ok for the unit MK need to modify for the Indy? Sorry have asked this in the MK area also but need some advice here.

I think it depends if you're going BEC or CEC. I pretty sure the original one I took to them for modding was from an XR4x4 and they said it was no good for BEC but they took it as an exchange anyway as they could use it on a CEC.

I am going with a fireblade engine so what would be best to source for that, or it sounds like they may accept a CEC one for a BEC version?
