Ford Probe Engine/box?
What engine is installed in the Probe? Is the gearbox bolt pattern common with a type 9?
Will the gearbox mate up to a zetec engine??
Wondering what the interchangeability is for attaching the Probe gearbox to a zetec.
Will my zetec starter fit the probe bellhousing and is the clutch release hydraulic or cable??

I'm pretty sure the early 4 cylinder probes used a variant of the twin cam motor from the sierra. Probably the same as the galaxy with the 16V
head, in 2.0 and 2.2L versions.
V6 units shared the Mazda 2.5L V6.
