Welcome.
You have come to the right place! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful folk plus great archived threads.
Is your MK road registered and passed an IVA/SVA?
How old are the tyres?
Cheers

Welcome Nick, yes this is the correct place to be if you've just got an MK to restore. Plenty advice and reference info on here. If you can sus out how to attach pics then it's a very helpful tool.

Welcome Nick
Pictures of your car would be nice - I'm not far away so give me a shout if you want/need anything

that is excellent, I just looked it up on the tax / mot ' https://vehicleenquiry.service.gov.uk ' site, and notice it is currently untaxed,
I recommend getting 'sorn' on it asap, unless you intend to tax it tomorrow
Thanks guys, wasnt aware of the new rules around Sorn.
I will sort out the sorn tonight when im home.
Hopefully i avoid the fine.
Can you drive it while sorn to an MOT.
Thanks

Right, its all SORN. Thanks for the heads up guys.
Much appreciated.
Now I'm off to search the forums for all my silly questions.
Thanks
Welcome in!
If they do moan about the few weeks it was untaxed, just say you posted in a form. It gets you a few weeks leeway because you don't have to chase
it up for a few weeks if it was lost in the post.
