I need to get a 2 3/8" or 60mm OD aluminium bend to modify an R1 can tailpipe because the MK can is too loud, it's doing my head in! I'm getting a link pipe made up to fit it to my headers but I need an aluminium tailpipe between 45 and 90 degrees to turn it out to the side so I don't melt my rear guard and tyre.

I know Merlinmotorsport can bend tubes (they can make up rollcages etc) and they stock a good selection of ali tube....

I spoke to Martin Keenan the other day about silencers. He's just made up a new baffled design which should be a bit quieter than the usual cans. He's yet to test it but if it works OK then he'll be selling them his website.
